An elegantly everyday addition to the local fashion scene has arrived downtown: Colette. For owner Paula James, the name is a meaningful connection to her daughter and an ode to one of her favorite Parisian boutiques. James brings years of experience in retail and styling to this venture, having dedicated her career to helping women discover their authenticity through clothing–to feel styled as “you” just refined. Colette offers a collection of women’s shoes, clothing, resort wear, accessories, jewelry, and other carefully curated gifts. It’s a place designed to make every visitor feel seen, welcomed and inspired. The boutique’s assortment ranges from everyday essentials by lines like Favorite Daughter to elegantly sustainable pieces such as Beyond By Vera. Hemline Pensacola

Address: 100 S. Jefferson St., Downtown Pensacola

Hemline brings a fashion experience reminiscent of the iconic French Quarter to downtown Pensacola, as envisioned by franchisee owners Tahnee Judice and Jimmy Stapleton. As a college student Judice fell in love with the New Orleansbased Hemline. Fast forward to today, now a mother of three daughters, she wanted a boutique that caters to women at every stage of life. For this reason, shoppers will find everything from fun, youthful pieces to polished, mature styles. Hemline’s curated selections emphasize variety, accessibility and exclusive styles from partnerships with designers like Amanda Uprichard that set it apart from other retail and clothing shops. Featuring wellknown favorites like eco-friendly Mavi denim alongside contemporary labels such as Alice & Olivia, the boutique’s selections span multiple price points, guaranteeing that shoppers on different budgets can find pieces they love. Beyond these external brands, Hemline showcases its own in-house lines, Hausen and Hemline, which reflect the boutique’s unique aesthetic and design philosophy. Hemline hosts several trunk shows throughout the year, granting customers access to limited-edition styles and collections that aren’t available elsewhere in the Pensacola area. As Hemline heads into December and beyond, the boutique plans to roll out a calendar rich with seasonal happenings and special collections. Hemline is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, and on Sundays from 12 to 4 pm. You can also shop Hemline online 24/7 at hemlinepensacola.com. Monkee’s of Pensacola

Address: 192 N. Palafox St., Downtown Pensacola

With its grand opening set for early 2026, Monkee’s of Pensacola is gearing up to bring Palafox Street a stylish blend of youthful spirit, sophistication and comfort to Palafox Street. Since childhood, owner Rylee Smith had the entrepreneurial spirit, eye for fashion and dress-to-impress attitude that helped her finally realize her dream of opening her own Monkee’s boutique. The friendly, welcoming vibes customers will feel from the boutique’s atmosphere and employees is a reflection of the way new franchisees are received–franchise owners form a unique sisterhood, sharing ideas and encouragement to ensure that each boutique thrives while preserving its individual flair. The boutique’s collection will cater to a broad age range from mid-20s to those well into their 60s and beyond, embracing all shapes and sizes. Shoppers can look forward to vibrant prints, fresh colors and versatile styles that suit any lifestyle without compromising personality. Tipsy Scoop

Address: 194 N. Palafox St., Downtown Pensacola

Longtime Panhandle residents Tony and Jen Lindberg have embarked on a journey to bring a fun new experience to downtown Pensacola, one that invites families and friends to savor an innovative cocktail-infused scoop or familyfriendly dessert. Inspired by their travels—and by local favorites like the spiked milkshakes once served at the former Tin Cow on Palafox Street—the Lindbergs sought to bring something new to the downtown dining scene. This search led to them opening Pensacola’s first Tipsy Scoop: a unique business concept created by founder Melissa Tavvs, blending artisanal ice cream and classic cocktails into a flavorful fusion. At Tipsy Scoop Pensacola, guests can indulge in a selection of nine flagship flavors plus Pensacola-exclusive creations like the Blue Chair Bay Spiked Key Lime Pie and Sunset Spritz, seasonal specials and non-alcoholic treats crafted especially for younger visitors. Adding to the experience are monthly classes led by co-owner Jen Lindberg, which include a complementary Tipsy Scoop glass as a momento. Classes run year-round, exploring seasonal themes and limited-edition flavors, allowing participants to dive into the art of crafting ice cream cocktails that can be recreated at home. The spirit of Tipsy Scoop Pensacola is captured in its iconic mural, featuring a swirling ice cream cone in a martini glass, accented by a cheerful cherry and Pensacola’s signature beach ball water tower: the artwork symbolizes the perfect combination of local coastal beauty and innovative flavors. Tipsy Scoopy is open Sunday through Thursday from 1 to 10 pm, Friday from 12 to 10 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm. Never miss out on cocktail creation classes, seasonal delights and more by following Tipsy Scoop Pensacola on Facebook.
